Testing
Our Quality Testing Process
Six rigorous testing categories ensure every product meets our exacting standards before reaching your customers.
SGS Material Testing
Independent third-party verification for REACH, RoHS, and CA Prop 65 compliance.
Material Safety
Food-grade TPU verified BPA-free, phthalate-free, and formaldehyde-free.
Drop & Impact Tests
Fully inflated units drop-tested from 1m onto concrete to verify weld integrity.
Air Retention Tests
24-hour monitored air retention. Burst-pressure at 3x rated PSI. Under 5% loss acceptable.
UV Resistance Testing
2,000+ hours UV exposure simulation. No yellowing, cracking, or tensile strength loss.
Weight Capacity Testing
Static load at 150-170% rated capacity for 4 hours. Zero structural failure tolerance.
Material Safety
Food-Grade TPU Compound
Our proprietary TPU compound took 3 years to develop. Unlike PVC alternatives that contain phthalate plasticizers, our thermoplastic polyurethane is inherently flexible without chemical softeners. This means zero off-gassing, zero toxic smell, and complete safety for skin contact.
- Zero phthalates (no endocrine disruptors)
- Zero BPA (no hormone-mimicking compounds)
- Zero formaldehyde (no carcinogenic emissions)
- Passes REACH 233 substance screening
- RoHS compliant (no heavy metals)
